Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the USA.

Canada

  • Expedited Shipping: Free
  • Xpresspost Shipping: $9 CAD flat rate
  • No minimum for free shipping

USA

  • Standard Shipping: $6 USD flat rate

Please note: Tracking is now available on all orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
 You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Expedited Shipping (Canada): 2–6 business days 
  • Xpresspost Shipping (Canada): 1–2 business days 
  • USA Shipping: 5-8 business days

International Shipping

We offer shipping to select countries outside Canada and the USA.
 International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes in Canada and the U.S.A.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
 Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@purereignskincare.com with your order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your PureReign Skincare Solution. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Must be within 30 days of delivery
  • Item should be at least half full
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@purereignskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
